Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

  • Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to promote personal growth and enhance each client’s well-being.

  • Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

  • Document session notes and treatment progress within our electronic health record system to ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques to support clients during emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents, many of whom may face challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will help guide these individuals and families toward healthier, more fulfilling lives through compassionate care and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a history of successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to providing competitive compensation.
