Online Order Filling Team Associate

Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $29.00/hr Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
