PAY & PERKS

As a Mill Operator - Feed Mill Worker you will receive a $1,500 sign‑on bonus and enjoy a competitive wage of $22 – $29 per hour based on experience. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

The initial schedule will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a planned transition to second‑shift hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A shift differential will apply for all hours worked after 6:00 p.m. Your role as a Mill Operator - Feed Mill Worker is not just a job but a pivotal contribution to the agricultural community. Your responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks with precision, maintaining a clean work environment through housekeeping duties, and collaborating with operations and maintenance personnel. Your commitment to regular and prompt attendance, along with operating a computer‑controlled system, ensures the seamless production of high‑quality animal feed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MILL OPERATOR - FEED MILL WORKER

Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in confined spaces and heights, bend, kneel, climb, lift up to 55 lbs, and adapt to a variety of weather conditions Ability to operate a computer‑controlled system Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Willingness to work weekends and overtime if needed Professional with a positive and respectful attitude Safety‑oriented Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Previous experience in maintenance‑related disciplines is preferred, as is having a high school diploma or equivalent.
