Experienced Part-Time Office Assistant - Thelen Auto Group Thelen Auto Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accounting knowledge and previous dealership experience are a plus. Key Responsibilities Process and post deals accurately in the DMS (e.g., DealerTrack) Handle DMV paperwork, titles, trade payoffs, and floorplan reconciliations Manage general ledger entries and cleaning schedules Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records Communicate with all departments and support office staff as needed Benefits Paid time off 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions Join a trusted local business with a strong team atmosphere. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thelen Auto Group
