Customer Service Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $14.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Customer Support & Communications: Act as the main point of contact for clients via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails. Answer questions regarding loan terms, escrow, interest rates, and account status.
- Application Processing & Intake: Assist borrowers with new loan applications, verify submitted personal and financial documentation, and pre-screen applicants for basic qualifications.
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience required (Office and or financial institution)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
