Regional Construction Senior Project Manager

Overview Regional Project Manager is responsible for leading large‑scale construction projects, including ground‑up construction and renovation, for enterprise, consumer goods, and services clients. Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing all phases from land acquisition to closeout. Lead ground‑up construction projects through due diligence, feasibility studies, design development, planning and zoning review, pre‑construction, construction, and closeout. Evaluate site feasibility during transaction phases, assessing physical, environmental, regulatory, and financial factors. Direct technical and financial analysis to determine project scope, budget, schedule, and risk. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop construction documents that meet objectives and budget. Manage municipal approval processes, regulatory compliance, contractor selection, subcontractor procurement, and value engineering. Oversee construction operations including schedule management, quality control, budget tracking, change order processing, and safety compliance. Provide weekly project activity updates to Team Lead on schedule, risks, budget status, and cash flow using JLL technology platforms. Develop risk management plans and guide teams through work authorization processes to prevent impacts in critical environments. Prepare comprehensive project documentation: charters, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, funding requests, status reports, and punch lists. Manage vendors to ensure compliance with all project policies and procedures, ensuring project closeout within 90 days of completion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field. 10–20 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction. Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web‑based applications. Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules. Preferred Master’s degree in a related field. Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification. LEED Certification. PMP Certification. Travel Requirements This role requires up to 60% travel within the assigned portfolio. Location On‑site – Salt Lake City, UT This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
