Fine Dining CookShift: Part-time, Thursday-Sunday 7:00AM-3:00PMPay: $19.00-$23.00/hr depending on experienceWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fine Dining Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in classic cooking techniques and a creative approach to food preparation. This position requires a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for an individual who has the availability to work evenings and weekends.To be successful in the role, you would have:Minimum of 3-5 or more years of experience in a fine dining kitchenStrong culinary skills, including knife work, sautéing, grilling, and bakingBackground cooking in a healthcare setting is preferredExperience with restricted and modified diets, i.e. puree, mechanical softsKnowledge of classic cooking techniques and flavorsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for food and a desire to continuously learn and improveWhat's in it for you?At HumanGood, we're driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive.
