This role is centered on migrating customer and account data into our card systems, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent customer experience post-migration. The project involves working with unique data elements and requires a collaborative approach with various tech teams.Required Skills & Qualifications:Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.At least 5 years of experience in product management with a strong background in leading product delivery, especially in Agile environments.Expertise in data product engineering and data migration, including familiarity with ETL pipelines, data ingestion, data mapping, and transformation.Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional coordination within a highly matrixed organization.Experience in the financial industry is required.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead two Agile tech teams in coordinating delivery across a highly matrixed organization.Manage the roadmap and align timelines across multiple workstreams, ensuring new capabilities are supported post-migration.Collaborate with system integrators, tech leads, and testing teams to ensure accurate data flow through ETL pipelines and seamless integration into the ecosystem.Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from ingestion to validation, to ensure data accuracy and seamless customer experience.
