Position Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Rome, Georgia. Job Details Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Create treatment and therapy plans tailored to individualized needs of a diverse patient population. Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders. Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events. Report progress and status to appropriate parties, including family members, teachers, or medical professionals. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply. BLS and ASHA‑SLP National Certification with state‑specific licensing. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for long periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
