We currently have a SAP Technical MDG position with the Supply Chain COE Master Data Governance (SC COE MDG) team. A successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge in FMD (Finance Master Data) as this position will focus on working directly with the Global distributed teams of Functional Analysts, Developers, and Business to drive Finance data management strategy for master data from various heterogeneous systems to SAP Eco-system including SAP S/4, ECC, MDG, GTS across all Boeing business units. This role also demands an individual with great collaboration and communication skills and the ability to drive and help the team resolve complex issues to bring projects home. Eligibility: MUST BE A US PERSON (Green Card holder or US Citizen). Although mostly remote, this position requires occasional travel to Boeing facilities. Candidates must live near or be willing to relocate at their own expense to Dallas, Seattle, St. Louis, or Miami. Position Responsibilities Facilitate workshops with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align on Finance Data governance processes. Support testing and automation teams during various testing phases. Assist the business with Pre/Post‑load activities during data conversion and cutover. Create detailed configuration and functional design documents, including process flows and integration requirements. Hands‑on experience with data replication techniques using the DRF framework. Implement and support governance processes for finance master objects such as Company code, Profit center, Cost Center, Business areas, Chart of accounts, and GL accounts. Collaborate with the data conversion team to define business rules that eliminate duplicate records and improve data quality. Support and troubleshoot MDG Finance issues in the production environment. Participate in project cut‑over activities such as Redbook entries and TR validation. Deep knowledge of the change request process to enforce governance, validation, and approval controls. Define business rules around data quality, consistency, and compliance across processes. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 5+ years as an MDG MM Analyst. Experience with FMD (Finance Master Data). Experience with a full lifecycle MDG implementation on S/4 HANA. Experience with end‑to‑end master data business processes. Experience with SAP MDG data models. Experience with MDG configuration, workflow setup, validation, and derivations. Experience with data quality, validations, BRF+, and integrations with ECC/S/4. Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university. 9+ years as an MDG MM Analyst. Experience with SAP Best Practices. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and MDG data models. Experience with SAP Activate Methodology. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations. Salary Range Mid Level – Dallas or Seattle: $108,900 – $139,000 Mid Level – Miami or St. Louis: $101,700 – $130,000 Senior Level – Dallas or Seattle: $135,900 – $173,000 Senior Level – Miami or St. Louis: $126,900 – $162,000 Applications for this position will be accepted until May 23 2026.
