Case Manager, Work Release Program, Hartford, CT Compensation: $25.72 Per Hour Community Partners in Action (CPA), one of the oldest criminal justice reform organizations, has been championing dignity for those in and out of prison for nearly 150 years. Program Description The Work Release Program (WRP) is funded by the CT Department of Correction and provides residents with safe housing, basic needs assistance, employment readiness and placement opportunities, and life and work skills crucial for self‑reliance, responsibility and accountability.
