Night Shift Warehouse Associate

Join a dynamic team supporting distribution services in a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Include Preparing shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch requirements. Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages and service risks. Investigating damaged shipments, handling issues, and documenting operational exceptions. Maintaining accurate records of shipment status, inventory updates, and operational activities. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required; associate's degree or relevant experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, safety, and documentation practices. Skills & Attributes Ability to verify data accurately and resolve operational issues. Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams. Organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and continuous improvement. Additional information: Compensation starts at $23.55 with potential bonuses; includes a sign-on bonus of $2000.
