Job Description
Title
CT Technologist - Pediatric

Schedule
Weekend requirement: Sunday 19:00-05:30 (night shift)

Requirements
- Valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission)
- ARRT (CT) certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year CT technologist experience
- Pediatric acute care and pediatric trauma experience preferred
- Knowledge of Siemens CT scanner operation required
- Experience with contrast preparation/administration and peripheral IV starts

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures on pediatric patients, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Administer intravenous contrast media and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Operate and troubleshoot Siemens CT scanner as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the imaging area.

Compliance / Notes
- Must request all RTO/scheduling exceptions up-front; limited RTO allowances.
- Must commit to working 3 of these 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day.
- Charting experience required; any charting system experience acceptable.
- Scrub colors: RRTs - Galaxy Blue/Royal Blue.
