Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an entry-level Graphic Designer to support a busy marketing team on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you will partner closely with the Art Director and Marketing team to turn established visual direction into high-quality print and digital materials that are accurate, brand-aligned, and ready for release. This opportunity is well suited to someone who values strong layout fundamentals, organized production files, and thoughtful execution across multiple asset types.

Responsibilities:

• Create production-ready marketing materials by adapting approved campaign concepts into brochures, sales sheets, magazine advertisements, and event graphics.

• Develop sets of digital ads and banner variations that reinforce brand visibility and maintain consistency across formats and placements.

• Prepare presentation and marketing assets with careful attention to structure, formatting, and visual consistency across editable source files.

• Edit short-form video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, combining footage, refreshing outdated brand elements, and producing motion assets for campaign use.

• Maintain orderly file systems in Google Drive and ensure design files are layered, editable, non-destructive, and properly packaged for handoff.

• Work directly with the Art Director to apply brand standards accurately while refining typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Support multi-channel campaign execution by resizing, updating, and extending creative assets for both print and digital distribution.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, along with strong PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality print layouts with strong use of typography, spacing, and visual organization.
• Experience creating both physical and digital marketing collateral such as brochures, sales materials, display ads, and email-related visuals.
• Working knowledge of vector-based design and the ability to build clean, editable files in standard creative applications.
• Comfort using Google Drive and Google Workspace tools to organize assets and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• A portfolio that shows strong execution in graphic design fundamentals, including layout systems, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage detailed production work with accuracy, follow established direction, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
