Overview Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager ready to support our growing Midwestern operations. The ideal candidate would have a strong infrastructure background and an ability to lead complex programs in collaboration with state and local agencies. The prospective candidate will oversee and manage infrastructure programs from planning through execution, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful project delivery. This role includes providing technical leadership, supporting construction management activities while maintaining safety and quality standards, and preparing and reviewing technical reports, proposals, and documentation with exceptional written communication skills. Additionally, the position requires fostering strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear, professional communication throughout all phases of the project. Job Title: Management Specialist 7 Group: PSF Responsibilities Oversee and manage infrastructure programs from planning through execution, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership and support construction management activities while upholding safety and quality standards. Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and documentation with clear written communication. Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain professional communication throughout all project phases. Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposal (RFPs). Review draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local and federal regulations and best practices. Meet with current and potential clients to review their organizational needs. Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and mentor for future growth within the discipline and firm. Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) activities and professional associations, attend conferences, contribute to papers, etc. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 12 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency varies by duties and workload. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
