Why You’ll Want This Job Work on high-performance automotive components Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Climate-controlled facility Stable, long-term employment with a growing manufacturer Overtime opportunities when needed What You’ll Do (CNC Programmer Responsibilities) Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Mazak milling machines Develop efficient toolpaths using Mazatrol and/or CAM software (Mastercam preferred) Collaborate with engineering and machinists to improve cycle times and part quality Support machine setup, prove‑out, and first‑run validation Troubleshoot program issues and make real‑time adjustments on the floor Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings Recommend tooling, speeds/feeds, and process improvements Ensure programs meet production goals for quality, efficiency, and repeatability Maintain organized program documentation and revision control What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience (milling) Experience with high tolerance parts Strong proficiency with Mazatrol and/or CAM software Deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail High School Diploma or GED Preferred (Not Required) Mastercam programming experience Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining Background in automotive or performance manufacturing Experience supporting production environments and continuous improvement initiatives Schedule Full-time, on-site 1st shift available Occasional overtime as needed About Us Accessible Technologies, Inc. supports two industry-leading brands: ProCharger® – High-performance supercharger systems for cars, trucks, motorcycles, and marine applications Inovair® – Industrial compressors and blowers for commercial applications Accessible Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
