Position Title: Production

Wage: $20/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, Saturday overtime 5am-11am

Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair lift equipment and machinery according to established procedures and work instructions
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assembly and disassembly tasks
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment servicing
- Use diagnostic software, laptops, gauges, and testing instruments to identify equipment faults
- Operate equipment as needed to verify repairs and diagnose performance issues
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, schematics, and build documentation
- Assemble and disassemble machine components to manufacturer specifications using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized equipment
- Coordinate with supervisors and supply chain personnel to obtain needed parts and materials
- Load and unload equipment and components as required
- Escalate complex repair issues to supervisors or support personnel when necessary
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and departmental policies

Production Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial, mobile, or heavy equipment
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, software, gauges, and testing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and basic schematics
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Experience repairing lifts or similar industrial/mobile equipment preferred
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, oils, grease, and varying temperatures
- Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety-toe footwear and safety glasses
- Stand, walk, and climb approximately 90% of the workday
- Sit approximately 10% of the workday
- Frequent use of hands and tools to perform repairs and maintenance
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively and work safely around industrial equipment
- Complete a drug screen and criminal background check
