Irrigation and Lighting Foreman / Salesman – $30-$35/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews and oversee daily operations in the field
- Meet with clients, assess project needs, and provide estimates, solutions or recommendations
- Design, install, and service irrigation, landscape lighting systems, and Christmas lighting
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues
- Ensure job site safety, quality, and efficiency
- Handle service calls and system maintenance from start to finish
- Drive project success through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality results
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to read, interpret, and design irrigation as-built drawings
- Proficiency with irrigation tools, equipment, system components, and installation techniques (including trenching, pipe work, pumps, valves, and diagnostics)
- Basic computer proficiency (CAD, work order systems, and email)
- Valid driver’s license (A Class A CDL is required to reach the top end of the pay scale)
- Ability to get Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) credential
- Ability to operate a lift
- At least two years of irrigation experience required
