Maintenance Supervisor

You will oversee a team of technicians, plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating with production, enforcing safety and food-safety standards, managing parts and vendors, and supporting continuous improvement projects.
