Qualifications for RN Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities of RN Collecting information from the patients to be admitted; medical records, insurance details Recording health details of patients; including vitals & temperature Administering medications and injections to patients as needed Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed Responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
