Responsibilities:

Coordinate client appointments and manage schedules for rehabilitation sessions.

Assist in conducting rehabilitation exercises and treatments.

Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and ensure their needs are met.

Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Educate clients on rehabilitation techniques and at-home care for their pets.

Support the team with administrative tasks and clinic organization.

Ensure a clean and safe environment for both animals and clients.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a passion for animal welfare.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge of veterinary rehabilitation practices is a plus.
