Our team is growing and is currently seeking reliable, motivated Maintenance Team Members to support our production facility. Whether you have general maintenance experience or mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply.

Position Summary
As a Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Support team member, you'll help maintain production equipment, buildings, and facility operations to keep our manufacturing environment running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
✔ Preventive and basic corrective maintenance
✔ Clean and maintain production equipment and machinery
✔ Assist mechanics with repairs and equipment maintenance
✔ Maintain building and facility cleanliness
✔ Support production during equipment changeovers
✔ Perform basic troubleshooting
✔ Use basic hand and power tools
✔ Complete assigned maintenance work orders
✔ Follow all food safety and OSHA safety procedures
✔ Assist with other maintenance projects as assigned
Qualifications
✔ Previous maintenance, mechanical, janitorial, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing experience preferred
✔ Mechanical aptitude required
✔ Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
✔ Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling
✔ Steel-toe, slip-resistant work boots required
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule
Multiple shifts may be available depending on department needs.
Candidates must have open availability for overtime and schedule changes during peak production.
Pay
$16.90 - $25.50 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, skills, and position placement.
