Job Description\n Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Jeffersonville, Indiana.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 09/27/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Job Responsibilities:\n -Assessment: Performs assessments & reassessments per policy & procedure or as warranted by patient condition; demonstrates ability to make sound independent decisions.\n -Development & Implementation: Initiates, prioritizes and implements the plan of care and reviews and revises the plan as indicated. Collaborates with patient/family & interdisciplinary services; utilizes resources appropriately to support the needs of the organization/patient/family.\n -Evaluation: Monitors and documents response to clinical interventions.\n -Education: Facilitates/coordinates/provides/evaluates education specific to patient/family needs and as appropriate to the care, treatment and services provided during their stay and at discharge.\n -Leadership: Delegates tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel; functions as a mentor/preceptor; demonstrates/encourages/facilitates teamwork; identifies and appropriately communicates opportunities for improvement; participates in quality, safety and service process improvement efforts and implements practice changes; complies with regulatory standards; participates in the Practice Governance model.\n \n \n Required Skills & Experience:\n -Two (2) years of acute care RN experience\n Req.
