Structural Designer / Project Engineer

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering Current Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT), or PE license 1‑6 years of experience performing building design A knack for problem‑solving Excellent interpersonal skills, great teamwork Great communication skills across all forms of communication Ability to take initiative, gain confidence, and maintain an enthusiasm for structural engineering We are a 100% Employee‑Owned company that offers competitive compensation, including generous bonuses, profit sharing and retirement contributions, and unlimited growth potential. Estimated annual base salary range for this position: $65,000 to $85,000, based on level of experience and ability. Candidates whose experience and licensure exceed the requirements for this role may be considered for a higher level position with a corresponding salary range.
