Hybrid A leading international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking Associate to Counsel-level attorneys to join its Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice in New York or Washington, D.C. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly regarded, market-leading group that advises on some of the world’s most complex and high-profile project finance and infrastructure transactions across the energy, natural resources, and private capital sectors. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record. Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, D.C., in good standing. 2+ years of substantive experience in finance-related transactional work. Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions strongly preferred. Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings. Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate manages client relationships with ease. Key Responsibilities Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions. Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documentation. Support transactions across the energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewables. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters. Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing. Why Join Us? Compensation & Benefits Highly Competitive Salary : $235,000 – $455,000, commensurate with experience.
