Registered Nurse (RN), Labor & Delivery Job Type: Full Time | Nights Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with 2-year commitment bonus Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends Position Overview: Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery providing patient care during childbirth, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care and maintain accurate charts. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support. Evaluate learning needs of patients/families and provide age-appropriate education. Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts or units as needed. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state RN license. Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
