This commitment is the foundation of our contributions to projects that are sustainable, community-driven, and highly successful for investors.With a legacy of excellence and a future-focused approach, KFM Engineering & Design continues to shape the landscape of Texas and beyond—one project at a time.Essential ResponsibilitiesLearn 4Ward Standards of Service & actualize in leadership executionTrain and develop team to move upward within the companyPerform annual evaluation with each team memberRoutinely check-in with each team member as to the advancement of their career goalsApprove timecards and vacation requests as appropriate to execute project deadlinesCreates proposals and ensures notice-to-proceed signed by ClientObtain Client billing informationUtilize Unanet CRM & AE to schedule resources & manage workflows of projectEnsure each project is completed on time, with quality deliverable(s), and within budgetMeet with clients or crews on job sites as needProvide timely communication to Client(s) during project lifecycleProvide QA/QC and peer review of products and provide resolution to complex Client projectsDevelop new business partnershipsContinuing to grow existing business partnershipsPerform other incidental and related duties as required and assignedQualificationsActive Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the state of Texas is required for this role.Minimum 5 years' experience as a RPLS, including 3+ years' supervision experienceActive participant in the industry association(s)Demonstrate leadership & supervisory skillsExcellent technical knowledge & business development experienceProficient CAD knowledge, Civil 3D required.
