Project Manager for Human Resources

Human Resources (HR) Project Manager (Contract) Location: Hybrid - New York, NY (Must be local and able to work onsite 3 days/week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays) Hours: Monday-Friday, daytime hours Employment Type: Contract (coverage from April to early October 2026) Starting Pay: $45/hr (flexibility based on experience) We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support enterprise-wide Human Resources and Organizational Development initiatives for a reputable healthcare organization. This role will manage multiple complex projects from planning through execution while partnering with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. HR Project Manager Key Responsibilities Manage multiple enterprise-wide HR and Organizational Development projects from initiation through execution Partner with Organizational Development leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, rosters, vendor management, and live sessions Track and report on project performance metrics and overall success Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met Maintain consistent communication across stakeholders, including executive leadership Guide internal teams and external partners through the full project lifecycle Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across programs Provide administrative and operational support to program leads and subject matter experts HR Project Manager Required Qualifications Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders HR Project Manager Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting HR or Organizational Development initiatives Experience working in healthcare or other large enterprise environments Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Experience in process improvement and operational optimization #J-18808-Ljbffr
