Loaded Bases Marketing Inc is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as AT&T Sales Representatives . In this role, you will represent one of the nation’s leading telecommunications brands by connecting directly with customers in the community, educating them on AT&T’s products and services, and helping them find solutions that best fit their needs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced sales environment with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T products and services to prospective customers

• Educate customers on current promotions, internet and wireless packages, and service benefits

• Build rapport with potential customers and identify their connectivity needs

• Generate new customer accounts and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Maintain a professional brand presence while interacting with customers

• Accurately process sales and customer information

• Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with new people

• Goal-oriented with a competitive and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

• Must be reliable and able to work in a dynamic, field-based environment
