Personal Care Assistant

- Answering resident calls and determining how best to help them.
- Ensuring client's safety
- Performing bedside patient care by anticipating patient needs and prioritizing care accordingly
- Noting observations of residents behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
- Maintains responsibility for own professional development through active participation in in-service and/or continuing education programs timely completion of competencies
Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure
