Junior Maintenance TechnicianThe Junior Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance and reliability of all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities. The position works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Production team to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs safely and efficiently. The role is intended for a mechanically inclined individual who wants to develop their skills in an industrial manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive & Routine MaintenanceEquipment Repair & TroubleshootingProduction & Facility SupportSafety & ComplianceSpare Parts & Maintenance RecordsContinuous Improvement & DevelopmentQualifications• 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.• Technical school, mechanical/electrical training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.• Ability to use common hand and power tools.• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.• Forklift experience or ability to become certified preferred.• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physical work.
