Join Our Team as an Underground Utilities Pipe Foreman!

Are you a skilled and experienced Underground Utilities Pipe Foreman looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable site development company in South Daytona, FL? If so, Drewry Site Development wants you to join our team!

• Manage and oversee all aspects of underground utilities pipe installation projects
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain a high level of quality and precision in all work performed
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during projects

• Minimum 3–5 years of underground utility installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.

• In-depth knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Strong understanding of OSHA and trench safety regulations.

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.

• Leadership and crew management.

• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

• Knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, ductile iron, concrete, etc.).

• Equipment operation and maintenance understanding.

• Strong focus on safety and quality control.

• Outdoor construction sites involving excavation and pipe-laying.

• Exposure to heavy equipment, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.

• Requires use of PPE (hard hats, safety vests, gloves, boots, etc.).
