Job Full Description We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Human Resources Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions and possess excellent communication skills. Duties:
- Manage employee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Assist in succession planning and talent management initiatives
- Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to employees
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and facilitate training programs
- Handle workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Requirements:
- Proficiency in HR software such as ADP, Workday, or Dayforce
- Experience in benefits administration and succession planning
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and employee orientation programs
