Title: Forward Deployment Engineer

Location: Mountain View,California (On-site)

Experience/JD requirement

1. Platform expertise: Gemini CX (primary) - agent architectures, generative workflow orchestration, multimodal deployment; baseline experience with Customer Engagement Suite (CES) and Contact Center AI (CCAI Dialog flow CX/ES, Agent Assist, CCAI Insights)
2. Not mandatory but preferred: Prior participation in the GECX bootcamp (pass status a plus); Google Cloud certifications across Gemini CX, CES, and CCAI.
3. Core engineering competencies: Agent building, backend integrations, secure API architecture, data pipelines, telemetry, and custom tooling
4. Role: Forward Deployed Engineer, embedded directly into enterprise customer environments (online and on-site) to design, build, and deploy Gemini CX solutions
5. Engagement models: Flexible across Time & Materials, capacity-based pods, and output/milestone structures
6. Preferred Domain: Telecom
