Current license to practice nursing in State of Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew). Current CPR or BLS certification. Nights – 7:00p to 7:30a (with shift differential) Job Responsibilities Include Nursing Assessment Nursing Documentation Treatment Planning Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan. Ensure that individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.
