We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our growing Chatham, New Jersey, office. Our successful and expanding practice focuses on the defense of catastrophic claims, trucking and transportation, professional malpractice matters, product liability and construction defect claims, dram shop liability, employment-related practices and alleged violations of federal and state discrimination laws.

Ideal candidates are…

• NY license is required. NJ and PA preferred
• 3-5 yrs experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or general liability preferred.
• Willing to take initiative, ask questions, learn and do new things, take on challenging assignments, and collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Able to balance multiple priorities, apply analytical and creative thinking, interact effectively with clients and other contacts, and function independently in a team environment
