What You'll Do Operate CDL Class B trucks for commercial parking lot sweeping. Assist with asphalt maintenance, including sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement striping. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance. Help maintain trucks and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and traffic control devices. Winter Responsibilities Operate snowplows, skid steers, loaders, or other snow removal equipment including shovels. Clear sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using snowblowers and shovels. Apply salt, sand, and de‑icing materials to commercial properties. Qualifications Valid CDLClass B License with a clean driving record. Previous experience in asphalt maintenance, parking lot sweeping, or similar equipment operation is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Flexible schedule with availability for nights, early mornings, weekends, and seasonal work as needed.
