Part-Time Insurance Telemarketer

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and results-driven Part-Time Insurance Telemarketer to support our agency's growth by making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. The primary focus of this position is to generate interest, identify insurance needs, gather accurate prospect information, and schedule qualified appointments or warm transfers for licensed team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable speaking with people, enjoys working toward measurable goals, and can maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment.

Success in this position will be measured primarily through consistent activity and quality lead generation.

• Consistent outbound calling during scheduled work hours.
• Meeting established daily contact and conversation goals.
• Generating a targeted number of qualified appointments each week.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of call activity.
• Demonstrating consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Following approved scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Showing improvement based on coaching and call feedback.
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude when handling objections or rejection.
• Specific performance goals may be adjusted based on lead source, campaign type, hours worked, and agency needs.

An insurance license is not required for a position limited to permitted telemarketing, lead-generation, and appointment-setting activities. The employee must remain within the activities permitted for an unlicensed team member and refer questions involving insurance advice, coverage recommendations, quoting, binding, or other licensed activities to an appropriately licensed team member.

Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week Compensation: Hourly pay of $12 per hour, with potential performance-based incentives where permitted and applicable.
