Production Technician II The Production Technician II is a skilled manufacturing role responsible for operating advanced machinery, performing intermediate setups, and supporting efficient and safe production operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality through accurate blueprint interpretation, in process inspections, and adherence to established standards. The technician proactively monitors equipment performance, conducts preventive maintenance, and troubleshoots routine production issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent workflow. Excellence: Promote the Sealing Technologies and Enpro culture around creating value and driving excellence in our organization by: Operates advanced machinery and performs intermediate setups and adjustments Monitors machine performance and performs preventive maintenance Troubleshoots routine production issues and proposes corrective actions Reads and interprets complex blueprints and specifications Conducts in-process inspections and ensures parts meet quality standards Trains junior team members and processes equipment Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma/GED; Vocational or technical training in manufacturing, machinery, or related field (preferred) Experience: 2+ years of production experience or specialized training Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate understanding of machine operations and production processes Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical specifications Experience with quality control procedures and tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for equipment and process issues EEO and Culture Statement: Technetics Group is a subsidiary of Enpro, a leading industrial technology company focused on critical applications across many end-markets, including semiconductor, industrial process, commercial vehicle, sustainable power generation, aerospace, food and pharma, photonics and life sciences.
