As a Customer Account Representative, you'll be at the heart of our teamserving as the go-to connection between our company and our clients. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Customer Service Account Manager. Hours of Operation: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30PM Starting Pay Range is: $17.00/hourly + (based on experience) Receive weekly pay Primary Job Duties: Communicate with customer via email and phone Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading Allocate and research inventory for orders Coordinate workloads among warehouse workers, material handlers and truck drivers Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs) Maintain and generate required reports as directed by CSRM.
