Payments Product Lead

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives across banking, payments, digital channels, and operational workflows. This role will work closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to design scalable solutions, improve business processes, and support strategic modernization efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with process design expertise, technology fluency, and experience driving complex cross‑functional initiatives from concept through implementation. What You’ll Tackle: Lead business analysis and solution design efforts across enterprise applications, workflows, and operational processes. Translate business requirements into process models, user stories, functional specifications, business rules, and workflow documentation. Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement, automation, and transformation opportunities. Design and document workflow solutions spanning systems, integrations, data flows, and operational processes. Support rapid prototyping, solution validation, and iterative requirements refinement activities. Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions. Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, backlog refinement, and stakeholder alignment meetings. Support integration initiatives involving APIs, data exchange processes, and interconnected business platforms. Coordinate testing, validation, change readiness, and implementation support activities. Develop executive-level reporting, performance metrics, and transformation progress updates. Ensure solutions incorporate operational controls, compliance requirements, and business governance standards. What You Bring: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, workflow transformation, product analysis, or solution design roles. Experience working within financial services, banking, payments, or regulated industries. Strong business process modeling, workflow design, and requirements gathering expertise. Experience creating user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and business requirements documentation. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and business application ecosystems. Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills. Bachelor's degree required. Nice to Have: Experience supporting payments, treasury, banking operations, or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with process automation, workflow technologies, or AI‑enabled business solutions. Experience with BPMN, process mapping, or workflow modeling tools. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, digital banking, or operational workflow systems. Agile, Scrum, Business Analysis, Product Management, or related certifications.
