VAS Department Lead

Job Description Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Safely operates power material handling equipment to accurately select, palletize, and or stage Warehouse Equipment or Supplies for necessary warehouse functions for the picking Department. Assists Supervisor in providing guidance, work instructions, and training within the Picking Department. Benefits Benefits information available upon request. Qualifications 2 years of warehouse experience minimum. Must be able to work the scheduled times and required overtime for the position. Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between ten and thirty‑five pounds and generally up to between approximately sixty and ninety pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift. Able to work in multi‑temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry. Pass pre‑employment drug test. Experience using Microsoft Suite. Reach truck, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Electric Pallet Jack experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF equipment, leading a team of 3-4 people.
