How you will make a difference:

As a Physical Therapist you will help patients meet their goals in the places, they call home. You will connect with your patients through their treatment plan and monitoring their progress. As part of our team, we will also be working with you to support your day-to-day visits. PTs who enjoys creating their own schedule, autonomy and experience with a wide range of ages and conditions will shine in this role!

What's required to join our team:

• 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid driver's license and CPR-BLS
• Current PT license for North Carolina
