Operations Leader

Location: Cedar Park, TX
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Dental office management experience is strongly preferred.

Cedar Park Dental and Braces is looking for an experienced Operations Leader to join our team and help support the continued success of our practice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together, creating structure, and helping a dental office operate at its best. You will work closely with the providers, team members, and company leadership to support daily operations, develop the team, and maintain a positive experience for our patients.

We are looking for a leader who is approachable, dependable, and confident guiding a team while also being willing to listen, learn, and collaborate.

What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of the dental office
• Help create an organized, welcoming, and productive environment
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and office workflow
• Coach, support, and develop team members
• Partner with providers to improve patient flow and office performance
• Review production, collections, expenses, and other practice goals
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, and performance management
• Help resolve patient concerns thoughtfully and professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and efficiency
• Ensure company policies and compliance standards are followed
