Customer Success Agent

Customer Success Agent provides full-time customer service resolution and support for various programs, assisting sales teams and managing customer inquiries in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls, faxes, and emails, prioritizing needs and responding professionally Resolve product or service issues by clarifying problems and providing solutions Assist with business initiatives and maintain strong relationships with the sales team Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED certificate required Minimum two years customer service or business-related experience required PC skills, including MS Office products; Salesforce experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced call volume environment Strong math skills are a plus
