Production Specialist (Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate)

$25.13-$29.38/Hour | 4-Day Work Week | Paid Training | Overtime Available

Location: Redmond, WA 98052

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday: 4 PM - 2:30 AM, Friday - Sunday: 4 AM - 4:30 AM

Overtime: Available on Fridays

We're hiring Production Specialists to join a growing manufacturing team in Redmond. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations.

Whether you have previous experience or are looking to break into the industry, you'll receive hands-on training, consistent support, and opportunities to advance into higher-level production and assembly roles.

What You'll Do

• Assemble components and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within established production timelines
• Rotate between workstations and learn various stages of the manufacturing process
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or production issues
• Record measurements and production information accurately
• Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team goals while following safety and quality procedures

Preferred Experience

We encourage applicants with experience in any of the following areas:

Production/Manufacturing

Forklift

Construction

Landscaping

Food Service

General Labor

Quality Inspection

Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, blueprints, or quality inspection processes is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
