Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Fullt Time Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Cambridge MA Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM Starting Pay is $22.05 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / Free Parking. As a Security Officer in Cambridge, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related needs. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.05 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business operations, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and support a professional, controlled environment for personnel and guests. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
