The Opportunity As part of the Salesforce Consulting Generalist team, you lead the implementation of Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your proficiency in Salesforce to develop top-performing teams, solve complex problems, and deliver quality results, contributing to the overall success of the firm. Responsibilities Lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions for large‑scale organizations Innovate and refine processes to enhance operational effectiveness Engage with clients at a senior level to achieve project success Utilise Salesforce proficiency to build and guide top‑performing teams Tackle intricate challenges and deliver remarkable outcomes Contribute to the firm's success through strategic advisory Foster an environment of excellence and continuous improvement Encourage open communication and collaboration within teams What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems preferred One or more Salesforce.com certifications preferred Proficiency in Salesforce technology‑enabled solutions Implementing technology solutions for compliance Demonstrating leadership in developing Salesforce platform‑based applications Proven success in business development and relationship management Leading teams and fostering innovation Experience in software configuration and coding Proficiency in multiple languages for clear communication Travel Requirements Up to 80% Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
