RESERVATION SUPPORT
- Clean up any new reservations that fell in the system on night prior (make sure profile is accurate), traces and codes added correctly
FRONT DESK
- Review next 6 days allocation and make sure done according to preferences
- Assist with Chat request
CONCIERGE
- Do pre-arrival from concierge inbox
- Clear up Pending cancellations/ Reservation changes in KEY
- Reconfirm all services for the next day
- Send pre-arrival itineraries to guest
- Pre-post all departure transportation to opera
- Assist with Chat request
GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Proceed with pre-arrival (emails, calls or text)
- Review two days ahead VIP allocation and ensure preferences
Hourly Rate : $42.44 per hour
