Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Relief Drivers to drive and service customers on designated routes in your community, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't a delivery job with a sales title; it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck. Proven sales and customer service experience is required. Compensation Starting pay $21.97 - $27.49 an hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location Once assigned a route average total annual compensation for Route Sales & Service Representatives exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive Career path from Route Relief Driver into a dedicated Route Sales & Service Representative territory Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings program Paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation) Full-time employment with full benefits Duties & Responsibilities Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and inform regular customers of new products or services Upsell existing customers on additional products and services Drive a truck to deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule; load and unload the truck Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service; listen to and resolve service complaints, keeping your supervisor informed Maintain inventory and follow company inventory-control policies Handle invoicing, collections, customer signatures, and accurate delivery and transaction records Clean and perform routine maintenance on your truck, and maintain a professional appearance at every stop Learn new technology and systems quickly and adapt to updates independently Attend training and service department meetings Required Skills & Qualifications Proven sales and customer service experience (required) Valid Class C driver's license (no CDL required) with a clean driving record for the last 3 years (required) Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck Comfortable loading/unloading your own truck with bags of linen up to 50 lbs daily (required) Must pass a drug test and clinic physical Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems with minimal training Related Roles & Key Skills Route Sales Representative, Route Sales and Service Representative, RSSR, Route Sales Driver, Route Driver, Route Relief Driver, Delivery Driver, No CDL Required, Class C License, Bobtail Driver, B2B Sales, Outside Sales, Account Manager, Commission Sales, Customer Service, Uniform and Linen Services, Industrial Laundry Mission Linen Supply is a family owned, privately held company, and a leading provider of products, services, and supplies to hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses.
